The fire shelter overall convection/radiant heat test conducts a multi-stage heat exposure test on the deployed fire shelter through a radiant heat source and a convective heat source to monitor the internal temperature rise, material integrity and airtightness. It is required that the internal temperature of the shelter should not exceed 45°C within 15 minutes, there should be no structural melting or rupture, and the concentrations of oxygen, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide in the shelter s
A new generation of oxygen supply fire hood,
Provides a new emergency evacuation plan for firefighters.
It is more effective than the traditional method of lying down on the ground and covering your mouth and nose with a wet towel."
The new generation of fire hoods protect firefighters from high temperature and open flames.
An internal circulation self-generating oxygen device with a 1-hour respiratory protection function has been added.
Firefighters can breathe in the hood without being harmed by lack of oxygen, high temperature, toxic and harmful gases;
1. Overall convection/radiant heat test of the fire shelter: The deployed fire shelter is subjected to multi-stage heat exposure testing using radiant and convective heat sources to monitor internal temperature rise, material integrity, and airtightness. The requirements are that the internal temperature of the shelter should not exceed 45°C within 15 minutes, there should be no structural melting or rupture, and the concentrations of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and carbon monoxide in the shelter should meet the standards.
2. Anti-radiation heat penetration performance: The time for the inner surface temperature to reach 24°C should not be less than 60s.
3. Protection performance of oxygen supply device
a) The protection time of the oxygen supply device should not be less than 30 minutes.
b) Within 2 minutes of use, the oxygen concentration in the inhaled gas in the mask should not be less than 17%, and the oxygen concentration should not be less than 19% during the remaining protection time.
c) During the protection period, the average concentration of carbon dioxide in the breathing bag should not be greater than 3%.
d) During the protection time, the intake air temperature should not be greater than 60℃.
e) During the protection period, the sum of the expiratory resistance and the inspiratory resistance should not be greater than 1800 Pa, and the peak value of the expiratory resistance or inspiratory resistance should not be greater than 1200 Pa.
f) During the rated protection time, the breathing air bag should not be emptied.
